Audit and assurance
Is it obligatory to have your annual accounts and other figures audited by an accountant? Or is this required by third parties? Then you can rely on our professionalism and understanding. Quality, flexibility, pro-activity and personal attention always come first. The auditing process is a clear, step-by-step procedure. During the interim audit, we give you advice on how to guarantee or optimise the efficiency of your processes and internal control. We do this with a Management Letter. During the year-end audit, we draw up an auditor’s report to give you an insight into our main findings and any points requiring attention. With our explicit focus on quality, you can be confident of the value our audit has for your business.
In addition to the regular audit of your financial statements, you can also rely on us for assistance with due diligence investigations, specifically agreed activities in accordance with Standard 4400N, investigations of forward-looking information and other assurance assignments, such as subsidy audits. Furthermore, we also perform assessment work.
Do you need an audit report?
Under the terms of the Dutch Audit Firms Supervision Act (WTA), we have a licence from the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) to conduct statutory audits. An audit report is required for companies that meet two of the following three conditions for two consecutive years:
- more than 50 (full-time) employees;
- more than 6 million euro balance sheet total;
- more than 12 million euro net turnover.
Quality with a personal touch
Our core values of Professionalism, Connectivity, Freedom and Progress are central to our work. We offer the quality you can expect according to our professional rules, without losing sight of your own personal definition of quality. We work and report independently. We guarantee this by observing the professional rules and independence guidelines in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislation. In addition, we value good and open communication. We remain in constant dialogue with you. If we believe that corrections to the financial statements are necessary, we will discuss this with you. If necessary, we can be critical, but we always remain pragmatic. With our information and advice, you can set up your business processes more efficiently and optimise your organisation. We make sure that you know exactly where you stand.
